The BJP grassroots units have been told to collect iron tools such as sickles, hoes and hedge clippers from farmers for the statue of unity which will be built on a rocky island on the Narmada river, about 3.5 km south of the Sardar Sarovar Dam at Kevadia in Narmada district of Gujarat.
