As we all know cancer disease is silently killing lots of people these days and this is happening due to the abnormal growth of cells. Cancer and its treatments can affect body systems,  blood circulation, immune systems, and the hormone system. Cancer develops when the body’s normal mechanism stops working. Old cells do not die and instead they grow out of control forming new abnormal cells.

Kashmir, where Indian army runs special schools, medical camps, constructs roads, bridges, flood barriers, runs rescue operations, whenever and wherever state's corrupt and lethargic government machinery fails to deliver. Yet in Kashmir Indian army faces anti India slogans and stones from kashmir's illiterate and educated, young and old, men and women. For long Kashmiri intellectuals and politicians blamed unemployment, development and Pakistan's interference for this hate, only to hide the reality and extract more money from Central Government. It is explained by fact that Jammu and Kashmir has received 10 per cent of all Central grants given to states over the 2000-2016 period, despite having only one per cent of the country’s population.

Delhi air is continuously hazardous. Why shouldn't the departments/agencies carrying out the excavation work of service road of nearly one kilometer stretch from Kamal Vihar apartment to Air Force Naval apartment be penalized for gross violation of environmental norms?. They should be booked as they don't care about the environmental norms and premature deaths this pollution is responsible for. Dust accounts for about 30% pollution.
